California Employers with 5+ Employees Must Provide Harassment Free Workplace Training

Small Business HR Services now offers this training in an on-demand webinar so completing your compliance requirement is easy. This new training replaces the previous requirements under AB1825 since it has been expanded. The new training requirement includes sexual harassment and harassment prevention in a one-hour training for all non-supervisory employees and two-hour training for all supervisory employees.

Our training is fully compliant with the labor code SB1300, AB1825 and SB1323.The webinars are flexible so that the participant can stop at any point and have it saved so they can come back later to complete their training.

Once the training has been successfully completed, we will send you a certificate for the employees’ folders.
